It is submitted that, the proposal for grant in aid is pending with the Secretary i. e. respondent No. 1 since the year 2014 and after removal of deficiencies since the year 2019. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

In case the proposal of the petitioner seeking grant in aid is pending with the respondent No. 1, then the same shall be decided by the respondent No. 1 on its own merits, in accordance with the law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
