It transpires that a vehicle has been seized by respondent-authorities in January-2020 and since then the vehicle along with material is lying idle and is standstill. 3.

While the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer is of 1701-2020 and appeal therefrom preferred by the petitioner is pending with the Collector, it appears to be expedient that the Collector decides the pending matter of petitioner in right earnest, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of fortnight from today.

The writ petitions are disposed of.
