Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 5. 2.

It is pointed out that the applicant has already deposited the amount of entire awarded compensation before the Commissioner of Workmen's Compensation. Therefore, interim relief granted on 23rd April, 2018 is confirmed till final hearing of the first appeal. The Civil Application is disposed of. The Commissioner is directed not to pass any orders

ca5480-2018 regarding withdrawal of the compensation amount, as the subject matter is pending before this Court.
