The present petition is filed challenging the impugned termination, so also seeking further directions to grant admission to the course of postal D.Ed. This Court under order dated 17.10.2011, had passed interim orders in terms of prayer clauses (E) and (F).

In view of the said interim orders, the termination order was stayed and Respondents were directed to grant admission to the
petitioners for postal D.Ed. course.

It is submitted by Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel that pursuant to the interim orders, the petitioners are continued in service and the petitioners were given admission to the postal D.Ed. course and they have completed said postal D.Ed. course. They have been issued the certificates to that effect.

Mr.Barlinge, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.4 and 5 on instructions accepts that the petitioners are working with the Respondents and have completed postal D.Ed. course. 6.
In view of the above, the impugned order of termination stands quashed and set aside. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal the Writ Petition, the Civil Application also stands disposed of.
