The applicant is alleged to have manhandled the informant, a public servant, so as to obstruct him from discharging his official duties. The applicant on his own placed on record an affidavit suggesting him to have tendered unconditional apology to the informant. Considering the nature of offence, custodial interrogation of the applicant appears to be unwarranted. 3.

In view of above, order dated 11th April, 2023 granting the applicant interim anticipatory bail is hereby made absolute. The applicant shall appear before the investigating officer, as and when required for the investigating purpose. He shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence. ( R.G. AVACHAT, J. ) SSD 1 / 1
