By way of present application, the applicant is seeking recalling observations made in Clauses (C) and (D) of Paragraph No.16 of the order passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Application No. 170 of 2003 on 31st March, 2015 to the extent of awarding of fine of Rs.1,50,000/- to the present applicant, whose entire face was disfigured.

In my opinion, this Court is not armed with the powers to re-look to the judgment delivered in revision against conviction. The remedy of the applicant is elsewhere. In view thereof, the application stands dismissed.
