Present Petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 - the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner No.2 as Laboratory Assistant. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and on instructions of Mr. M.K. Deshmukh, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, makes a statement that the proposal would be decided within two months.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, respondent No.2 - the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad is directed to decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner No.2 as Laboratory Assistant, as early as possible and in any case within a period of TWO MONTHS from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
