The petition is filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, thereby allowing the intervention application filed by respondent No.3, in proceedings filed for bringing the change on record by registering the names of the new trustees. It is, however, stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the term of the body was from the 2016 to 2021. On expiry of it's term, the fresh elections are contemplated since they could not be conducted on account of Covid-19 pandemic.

6074.21wp (2) In the wake of the above, the impugned order, which merely grants an application for intervention, has been rendered infructuous and therefore, the petition is disposed of. Needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to file any independent proceedings in respect of any change report is reserved.
