When this Court expressed that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that she wants to withdraw the application. Disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned counsel submitted that the applicant has been behind bars since 6.3.2015 and submitted that the case has not made any progress. She requested to give direction to the Trial Court Judge to see that the case is expedited. 3.

So, direction is hereby given to the Trial Court Judge that case is disposed of within six months from today. There will be liberty to the applicant to come to this Court again for bail, if the case is not disposed of within six months from today. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
