Learned advocate for applicants submits that though this Court has permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation, applicant No.4 is not permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation by the ofÏce, as his name on the Aadhar card differes from the name in the proceedings.

Learned advocate has tendered afÏdavit of applicant No.4 on record stating that his name in the Adhar card is mentioned as Sohilkha Kadirkha and he is the same person. 3.

In view of the statements made in the application and in the afÏdavit, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
