This matter was called out on the nomenclature. None appears for the petitioner. Therefore, it was kept back. Thereafter, again in second session it was called out. Learned A.G.P. submits that he has informed by the colleague of learned Advocate Mr. Bora that client has taken away papers from him.

Municipal Council Jalna forwarded a proposal to the State Government in the year 2019. Petitioner raised a dispute that his land become landlord and in other petition, the approval of Development Plan in favour of respondent Nos. 5 to 12 was challenged. This Court by order dated 26th July 2024 directed the State Government to decide the issue as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later

Learned A.G.P. has placed on record a notification issued by the State Government on 24.06.2025 to submit that proposal is decided and grievance of the petitioner is fulfilled by the said notification. Since the order is complied with, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
