Heard learned Advocates for the parties. This is an application for condonation of delay caused in filing appeals. By way of the appeal, the Government seeks to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court i.e. 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad dated 03.07.2013. It is stated in the application that after the judgment and award, the Law and Judiciary Department scrutinized the matter and decided to file appeals and accordingly the Government Pleader of this office was informed. The Government Pleader of this office, thereafter, sent letter requesting for

( 2 ) ca5873.15 supplying certified copies of the judgment and award. It is in this process delay of 559 days is caused.

This Court finds that for the reasons recorded, the delay deserves to be condoned, though the same is opposed by the original claimant/respondent. The delay is condoned. The First Appeals be registered. The civil applications are allowed. Place the first appeals for admission on 20.10.2023.
