This is a matter where the petitioners could get relief before the Circle Officer. But, instead of going there and pursue the application, he directly approached the High Court. 2.

After the representation of the petitioners, the Circle Inspector did not execute the order of the Tahsildar passed in 2015. In such circumstances, the petitioners ought to have make an inquiry with the Circle Inspector and may also meet Tahsildar or Sub Divisional Officer. It is a case where the poor litigants could get relief at their door steps, but instead of doing so, such petitions are filed.

At this juncture, there is no any action proposed against the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners are directed to pursue their reply submitted to the Circle Inspector. Against the order of the Circle Inspector, remedies are available before the Sub Divisional Officer, the Collector and the State Government. It is nothing but a wastage of time and money of poors. 4.

Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed at admission stage.
