The petitioners have put forth prayer clauses (B) and (C), which read as under :- "(B) Issuing writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to consider the claim of the petitioners and promote on the post Kendra Pramukh/ Extension Officer (Education) with Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar as per the their eligibility, experience and qualification.

(C) Issuing writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to strictly execute and implement the Notification dated 10.06.2014 issued by

7096.22wp (2) the respondent No. 1 and Government Resolution dated 16.02.2018 issued by the respondent No. 2 for revised procedure of recruitment/ promotion on the post Kendra Pramukh/ Extension Officer (Education) with Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar."

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits on instructions, that petitioner No.1 has already been conveyed vide communication dated 24/03/2022, that after the general transfers for the year 2022 are concluded, the Department would be taking steps for dealing with the issue of promotion to the post of Centre In-charge/Extension Officer (Education). A copy of the communication served upon the petitioner, is placed on record which is marked as 'X' for identification. 3.
