The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank (original writ petitioner) has no objection if the amount is withdrawn by the applicant. 2.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of accordingly.
