Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 13.04.2022 whereby registration of his Second Appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections, by condoning the delay of 330 days. The learned Counsel for applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within three weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 13.04.2022 stands recalled and the Second Appeal be restored for removal of office objections within three weeks subject to deposit of Pooja K.

929 CA 5658-2023 cost of Rs.500/- (rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad.
