Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant undertakes to remove office objections within period of one week from today. 2.

In view of above undertaking, the order dated 7th March, 2016 passed by this Court dismissing the Writ Petition No. 16 of 2016 for non removal of office objections within stipulated time, is set aside, subject to payment of Cost of Rs. 1,000/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within period of one week from today.
