Mr. Nirmal, the learned counsel submits that their change reports are pending before the office of the Joint / Charity Commissioner. However, the group, which is not authorized, has issued advertisement of filling in the posts. 2.

In that case, the petitioner will have to move the Joint Charity Commissioner, where the proceedings are pending. If the petitioner moves the office of Joint Charity Commissioner and / or the competent authority, then the authority shall take decision upon the application filed by the petitioner on its own merits.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
