The petitioner wants insertion of his name in award passed under Section 80 of the Land Acquisition Act.

Upon hearing learned Counsel for the petitioner it appears that the petitioner had not filed any application under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any award passed, then the petitioner shall avail the remedy as provided under the statute. 3.

With liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy, writ petition is disposed of.
