Mr. Auti, learned counsel states that, earlier the respondent Avon Paper Industries was partnership firm, subsequently it became proprietary firm. The proprietor is dead. The applicant is proprietor of the said Avon Paper Industries. As such, the applicant be allowed to be substituted in place of the original respondent.

The applicant is allowed to be brought on record as respondent representing for Avon Paper Industries. Civil Application accordingly disposed of. The applicant shall make necessary amendment in the Reference. Place the Reference on 15th April 2015.
