We have heard Mr. Sayyed, learned Advocate for petitioner and the learned AGP.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the wholesale market of fruits and vegetables market at Khas bag, Beed, is not allowed to be opened, in spite of the State Government's decision of 'Mission Begin Again'

The Sub-Divisional Officer, Beed, has filed affidavit in reply. Paragraph 7 of the affidavit-in-reply reads thus:

I say and submit that, as soon as State Government issued order dt.19.05.2020, this deponent on dt.25.05.2020 issued order and clarified that, all orders issued during lockdown are set aside/cancelled. Thereafter, this deponent or any other local authority has not issued specific order to close vegetable/fruit market at Khas bag Beed, as alleged by petitioner. ......"
