We have heard Mr Rakhunde, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The request made by the petitioner would be within the realm of the authorities. The petitioner has approached the Court at the eleventh hour. It will not be possible for us to issue orders at this stage when all the process of election except voting is concluded. If the petitioner was so concerned, he should have approached after the election programme was published way back in January 2021.

As the petitioner has approached this Court at the eleventh hour and all the process of election is completed, it will not be possible for us to pass any orders at this stage. It is for the respondents to take decision considering the S.O.P. of the State Government. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
