Order :-

1. Limited prayer is made, that is, seeking directions against respondent No. 2 to take decision on the kerosene license of the petitioner as per order dated 21-08-2013 passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Supply) in revision bearing No. 4 of 2013. 2.

Issue notice to respondents No. 1, 2 and 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service for respondents No. 1, 2 and 4. 3.

It appears that Deputy Commissioner (Supply) on 21-08-2013 had partly allowed the appeal filed by present petitioner and set aside the order dated 07-12-2012 passed by the District Supply Officer, Beed and directed to conduct re-enquiry after giving an opportunity to the parties. Considering the fact that no orders are required to be passed on merits, we pass following order-

2 WP-4223.16 the concerned respondent shall decide the proceedings as per order dated 21-08-2013 passed by the Deputy Commissioner Supply as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from the date of this order, after hearing all the parties.

With aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of. No cost.
