Mr.Shelke, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that initially the proposal submitted by the Management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners as 'Shikshan Sevak' was rejected because of deficiencies. After compliance of deficiencies, proposal has been re-submitted on 28th February, 2017.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

It appears that the proposal re-submitted by the Institution is received by the office of the Education Officer on 4th March, 2017. The Education Officer shall re-consider the said proposal (Page No.17 of the Petition) on its own merits in accordance with Law expeditiously and preferably within four months from today.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
