The grievance of the petitioner is that the certificate in the Central Government format is not being issued to the petitioner, though the application is filed.

It is submitted that, the petitioner has filed online application.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate issued to him by the S.D.O. Majalgaon. On receipt of the original tribe certificate, the S.D.O., Majalgaon shall verify the genuineness of the same and after being satisfied that the same was issued by his office, shall issue the certificate to the petitioner in the Central

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
