In case, the applications of the petitioners for issuance of tribe certificate are pending with the Sub Divisional Officer, then the Sub Divisional Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within two months.

Petitioners shall appear before the concerned Sub Divisional Officer on 2nd May, 2018.
