Heard learned AGP for the applicants. The applicant is ready to deposit entire compensation amount with accrued interest thereon within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of this order. Therefore, Civil Application for stay is disposed of as allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', subject to condition that the appellant shall deposit entire compensation amount with accrued interest thereon in the Court within a period of 12 weeks from the date of passing of this order.
