It is submitted that the validation proceedings are pending

2 wp 3920.18+ since 22nd January, 2018 and 12th February, 2018. The petitioners are desirous of appearing in NEET examination and are exploring their chances in medical course. The learned counsel, requested that the committee be directed to decide the validation proceedings within a month.

Considering the exigencies shown and considering that the petitioners are the students and simply on the basis of the tribe certificates, cannot be given admission in the professional course, the respondent No. 2 - committee shall endeavour to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably by 10th June, 2018. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 25th April, 2018. The petitioners and respondent no. 2 shall take respective steps for disposal of the validation proceedings by 10th June, 2018.
