It is submitted that the appeal is filed by the petitioner on 25.01.2021 for release of vehicle and challenging the imposition of penalty. As yet no order is passed.

In case, appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with the authority, then the authority shall pass orders with regard to the release of vehicle on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of the present order.
