This application has been moved by the students, who have completed B.A.M.S. course. Respondent No.1 - College and Respondent No.6 - University have withheld their original documents. 2.

After having heard learned counsel for the parties for sometime, learned counsel for the respondents - College and University have come around to make a statement that whichever the original documents and degree certificates are with them, those would be released in their favour immediately.

It appears that the grievance might be between the college and AYUSH. For no reason the applicants, who have completed the decree course successfully, can be put to harassment by withholding the original documents and degree certificates which may be required for them to pursue further studies.

In view of the same, we allow the application with a direction to Respondent No.1 - College to handover all the original documents to the concerned applicants. Similarly we direct Respondent No.6 - University to issue original degree certificates immediately in favour of the respective applicants. The exercise shall be completed within a couple of weeks on receipt of copy of this order.
