This is an application for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased appellant Pandit Sakharam Pawar, who expired on 14-03-2017. 2.

Considering the reasons disclosed in paragraph nos. 3 to 5 of application and the fact that legal representatives of deceased appellant are already prosecuting the appeal, the said legal representatives are required to be brought on record. Hence the following order:-

ORDER

(I) The application stands allowed.

(II) Legal heirs of deceased appellant Pandit Sakharam Pawar are permitted to be brought on record.
