A motion for the 'speaking to the minutes' is moved in respect of order dated 09 April 2025 passed in Bail Application No.244 of 2025 with Criminal Application No.1244 of 2025 in BA/244/2025.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that, she was appointed to espouse the cause of father of victim. She further submitted that, in order dated 09.04.2025, in paragraph No.2, words 'to represent respondent No.2' as well as in clause (ii) of the operative order, words 'to represent no.2' are inadvertently mentioned, which should have been 'represent father of victim'.

In order dated 09.04.2024, the words 'to represent respondent No.2' as appearing in paragraph No.2 as well as the words ' to represent no.2' as appearing in clause (ii) of the operative order be replaced with the words 'to represent father of victim'.
