The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal is already submitted for grant of benefits of full time librarian on 11th November, 2017. Same is not yet decided. 2.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

In case, proposal seeking grant of benefits of full time librarian of the petitioner (page 32) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
