Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The impugned construction work is over. The buildings are handed over to the Trust Management. The Government has already made it clear that they have nothing to do with the buildings. Once they

2 WP 4209/2013 are complete, the trustees would manage the buildings as well as maintain them. It is now between the trustees as to how they would manage and maintain the buildings. If there is any dispute between the partiers, they shall get it decided at appropriate forum. In view of above, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for establishing control over management of the Trust. ( V.L. ACHLIYA, J. ) ( A.V.
