PER COURT :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant. However, none appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2 - original claimants, though duly served. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, due to some official difficulties, Appeals could not be preferred within period of limitation. The delay is not intentional and the same is due to office procedure. In view of above, and for the reasons stated in the applications, delay caused in filing the First Appeals is condoned. The Civil applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly.

In so far as the First Appeals are concerned, issue notice to respondent returnable on 21.7.2017.
