1] In view of the extreme urgency

expressed by the applicant, the matters are taken up through video conferencing.

2] Heard.

3] Filing of affidavits in respective applications are dispensed with.

4] Upon considering the submissions made in the light of facts pleaded in the applications and statement made across the bar that the appellants are ready with the cheques to be deposited in terms of order dated 19th July, 2019 passed in the matter, I am of the view that, applications filed deserve to be allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B', 'C' and 'D'. Accordingly, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B', 'C' and 'D', subject to deposit of amount in terms of order dated 19th July, 2019 with this Court within one week from the date of this order.

5] Civil Applications are disposed of in above terms.
