Mr. Nagode, the learned counsel raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. 2.

In the light of that, Mr. Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions of the petitioner who is present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner may avail the alternate remedy as may be permissible in law. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. No costs.
