I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

The record reveals that respondent No.1/plaintiff No.1 had in fact, brought the L.Rs. of deceased respondent No.1 on record in Special Civil Suit No. 43/2015 on 06/01/2018, when the said plaintiff had passed away on 13/11/2015. 3.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The delay of 792 days is condoned and by the consent of the respondents, the applicants shall donate an amount of Rs. 3,000/- as donation for the Government Medical College and

The L.Rs. of deceased respondent No. 1 shall be brought on record on or before the said date.
