PER COURT :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant. However, none appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2 - original claimants, though duly served. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, due to some official difficulties, Appeal could not be preferred within a period of limitation. The delay is not intentional and the same is due to office procedure. In view of above, and for the reasons stated in the application, delay of 688 days caused in filing the First Appeal is condoned. The Civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. In so far as the First Appeal is concerned, issue notice to respondent returnable on 21.7.2017.
