Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The applicant is seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 02.09.2021 to attend the Cyber Police Station, Jalgaon on date 30th of every month until further orders and shall co-operate with the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has complied with the conditions. No material investigation is remained. She is the resident of the State of Tamil Nadu and it is most inconvenient for her to attend the police station every month. Therefore, the condition may be relaxed.

Learned APP has submitted that the Cyber Police Station has informed that the charge sheet has already been filed in the Court.

Considering the progress in the case and filing of the charge sheet against the applicant, this Court is of the view that the condition as mentioned above is liable to be relaxed. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

I) The application is allowed.

II) The condition imposed by this Court in its order dated 02.09.2021 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.643 of 2021 in clause (ii) is relaxed.
