The applicant i.e. Shree Sai Baba Sansthan, Shirdi, has prayed for the following relief in this application:- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Circulatory Resolution dtd. 30.01.2025 r/w Resolution No.81/2 dtd. 27.02.2025 passed by Ld. Ad-hoc Committee

(( 2 )) 1140(A)-CA-3997-2025 for giving financial aid of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rs. One Crore Only) to the District Sainik Welfare Committee, Ahilyanagar for the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day - 2024." 2.

We have perused resolution No.81/2 dated 27.02.2025, which confirms the earlier resolution by circulation passed by the Adhoc Committee of the applicant Sansthan. It is evident that by the said resolution, it is resolved to give financial aid of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore) to the District Sainik Welfare Committee, Ahilyanagar.
