We are informed that, this Court, by judgment dated 8/6/2017, delivered in Writ Petition No.6515/2004 in the matter of Dhairyasheelrao s/o Dongar Patil Vs. The State of Maharashtra & others, has concluded that there cannot be a relaxation of the minimum qualifications in recruitment of teachers. It is, therefore, submitted that, an identical issue is involved in this matter, wherein the petitioner prays for relaxation of the minimum qualifications with regard to seeking employment as a Lecturer in a Law College.
