2] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed reliance on the order dated 11th August, 2015 passed by the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, in Writ Petition No.28/2015.

3] For the same reasons stated in para 3 of the order dated 11th August, 2015 that, as proposal is already submitted by the respondent No.4 with the Government, we are not considering the said aspect of the matter. Till the Government decides the proposal submitted by the respondent No.4, regarding absorption of such employees like petitioner, the petitioner shall be continued in the said Zilla Parishad School of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and depending upon the decision taken by the Government on the said proposal. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
