Despite service, none appears for the respondent. 2.
Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally with consent of learned advocate for the applicant. 3.
It is being contended that distance between Shrigonda, where proceedings bearing HMP No.60 of 2015 have been initiated by the respondent-husband and Chausala where the applicant is presently residing, is about 150 km. The applicant
{2} mca89-16 has to maintain a seven month old child and she is dependent on her parents who too are not well placed. In the circumstances, it is very difficult for the applicant to attend to the proceedings at Shrigonda, while she is staying at Chausala, District - Beed. 4.
The contents of the application and the contentions go uncontroverted and non appearance on behalf of the respondent, to a large extent depicts tacit consent to the request made under the application.

In view of aforesaid, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause "B". Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of. [SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.] drp/mca89-16
