Perused the FIR. The learned APP informs that the chargesheet has been filed against applicant no.1 alone. Since the names of the present applicants have been stated in the FIR and informant is personally present before us along with her advocate and gives express consent to allow the application, we are inclined to allow the application in terms of prayer clause "B", subject to costs of

1327.2023APPLN -2Rs.25,000/- to be deposited by the applicants together in this Court within one week.

On deposit of the said amount, as aforesaid, the Registry is directed to transmit 50% of the amount deposited to the Library, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad 4.
