The petition has been moved against deletion from the voters list.

Learned AGP submits that almost all the stages of the election are over save and except polling and that the petitioner has an alternate remedy for redressal of his grievance. 3.

In such a case and considering the ratio underlying the Supreme Court's decision in "Shri Sant Sadguru Janardan Swami (Moingiri Maharaj) Sahakari Dugdha Utpadak Sanstha and Another V. State of Maharashtra and Others" reported in (2001) 8 SCC 509, I am not inclined

{2} wp4814-15 to interfere with the election programme. Writ petition, as such, is not entertained and stands rejected.

It is, however, open for the petitioner to prosecute remedies before appropriate forum at appropriate stage, including an election petition.
