Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. The petitioner seeks directions against the respondent to decide representation/application filed by the petitioner. 2.

The affidavit is filed by the Tahsildar, Kopergaon para No. 3 of the affidavit reads thus :

I say and submit that, now the present deponent i. e. respondent no. 3 assures that he will make appropriate report with the competent authority for corrective steps for regrant with Collector, Ahmednagar i. e. respondent no. 2
