The petitioner No.1 died on 22.6.2005 and this application has been filed for bringing the legal heirs of petitioner No.1 on record on 27.6.2005. The application for bringing legal heirs is filed well within limitation. The other side has also given no objection to allow this civil application.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
