The learned APP submits that the charge-sheet is filed in this case.

Considering the fact that charge-sheet is filed, the applicants can move an application for bail before the Trial Court. The learned counsel for applicants submits that the Trial Court may be directed to decide the bail application, as expeditiously as possible. The learned counsel for applicants further submits that this Court has allowed the applications of similarly situated persons in Bail Application Nos.2112, 2158, 2186 and 2281 of 2023 and Anticipatory

948 ba.635.24 Bail Application No.2029 of 2023. Therefore, the Trial Court may be directed to consider those applications while deciding the bail application.

If such an application is moved before the Trial Court, the Trial Court is directed to decide the said application on its own merits within 7 days after filing the same.

If the said orders of this Court are placed before the Trial Court, the Trial Court is requested to consider those orders while deciding the bail application.
