Perusal of the election programme depicts that the stage of declaration of validly nominated candidates is already over on 10th April, 2015. By this petition, the petitioner is questioning the acceptance of nomination form of respondent no.2, as according to him, respondent no.2 is not qualified to contest from the category in which his nomination form is accepted.

By keeping the right of the petitioner intact qua raising the election dispute for the cause which is sought to be raised in the present petition, in my opinion, having regard to the law laid down in catena of judgments,

(2) W.P.No.4342.15 that this Court should be very slow to interfere in the election matters after commencement of the election programme, it will not be appropriate to interfere in the present matter. Thus, the instant petition stands dismissed with no order as to costs.
